Mineral Water Mocktail Recipe

Refreshing Mineral Water and Pomegranate Mocktail Recipe

  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water (may I suggest Saratoga or Gerolsteiner?)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (made from low tds natural still water – NOT tap water)
  • Pomegranate arils and lime slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves, berries, or citrus (optional)

  1. In a pitcher or serving glass, combine the sparkling mineral water, pomegranate juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes to the pitcher or individual serving glasses to chill the mocktail.
  3. Gently stir the mixture again to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Take a few pomegranate arils and drop them into each glass, allowing them to float on top for a visually appealing garnish.
  5. If desired, add a few fresh mint leaves to enhance the flavor and aroma.
  6. Optionally, you can also add a slice of lime to each glass for an extra touch of citrus.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the sparkling pomegranate mocktail’s refreshing flavors.

Note: Feel free to adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey/agave syrup based on your personal preference. You can also experiment with additional ingredients like a splash of orange juice, a twist of lemon zest, or a hint of ginger for added depth of flavor.

This sparkling pomegranate mocktail is a delightful and vibrant non-alcoholic beverage option that combines the effervescence of sparkling mineral water with the sweet and tangy notes of pomegranate juice. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or simply for enjoying a refreshing drink on a warm day, this mocktail will impress your taste buds and keep you hydrated. Cheers to a delicious and alcohol-free indulgence!
